Julius Peter Josef Mülhens (born November 11, 1879 in Eltville , † June 10, 1954 in Wiesbaden ) was a German administrative officer and district administrator of the Rheingau district .

Life

Origin and education

The Catholic Julius Mülhens studied law and political sciences at the universities in Tübingen and Heidelberg after passing his school- leaving examination . In 1901 he became a member of the Corps Suevia Tübingen and in the same year he joined the Corps Guestphalia Heidelberg . After taking the legal traineeship on January 8, 1904 and the Great State Examination (Berlin) on March 10, 1910 , Mülhens began as a judge assessor at the Sankt Goarshausen district court . Career

With the completion of his legal training, Julius Mülhens received the transfer as district judge of the district court Rodenberg an der Deister on October 19, 1914 . On May 12, 1924, Mülhens was re-commissioned with the administration of the Rheingau district, but was only able to start official business in September 1924. After his leave of absence for political reasons (October 26, 1933), he also formally retired in 1934.
