Kurt von Dewitz
Kurt Ludwig Karl von Dewitz (born November 29, 1847 in Bromberg ; † March 2, 1925 in Naumburg (Saale) ) was a Prussian civil servant and politician, senior president in Schleswig-Holstein and a member of the Prussian mansion .
Life
His parents were the Prussian major general Hermann von Dewitz (1813–1866) and his wife Emma, née von Arnim (1828–1898).
Dewitz served from 1878 to 1884 as district administrator in the Dramburg district and then moved as district administrator to the Rheingau district from 1884 to 1890. In 1899 he became district president in Erfurt until 1903 to 1906 he became district president in the Frankfurt district .
From 1906 to 1907 he held the post of senior president in the Prussian province of Schleswig-Holstein .
He married Lina Sutor (* 1856) on March 10, 1877.
