Juse Ju (* 1982 in Kirchheim unter Teck ; real name Justus Hütter ) is a German rapper , journalist and author .

Career

Hütter grew up in Kirchheim unter Teck and Yokohama , Japan . He studied theater studies , sociology and Japanese studies at the Ludwig Maximilians University in Munich and then journalism at the Ems Electronic Media School in Potsdam .

As a teenager he co-founded the collective Popbiz Enemy and took part in various freestyle jams in the Stuttgart area. In 2003 he released the album Back From The 80's with Bonzi Stolle as rap duo Massig Jiggs . In 2004 he won the Stuttgart Freestyle Tournament Royal Rumble, which attracted the attention of the Nuremberg music label Highproductions. In 2005 his first solo release, the EP Der Ego , appeared there . In 2007, the Collabo EP Prosecco Piff followed via Popbiz Enemy together with Fatoni , with whom Juse Ju has worked again and again since then. In 2009 his album Yo! Hip hop destroyed my life . In 2011, Juse Ju appeared as a participant in the Battlerap Rap event on Wednesday and immediately made it to the final of the tournament. In May 2014, Juse Ju's album Overdrive Not Your Role! on Popbiz Enemy, followed in October 2015 by his third album Angst & Amor , which was distributed as free download, CD and vinyl .

On March 16, 2018, Juse Ju released his fourth album Shibuya Crossing . On the twelve songs on the album, Juse Ju grants insights into his life, while he raps, among other things, about his youth in Tokyo , El Paso and Kirchheim .

With the release of the single SDWA , Juse Ju announced his EP understatement not your role! , which was released on March 8, 2019.

On April 30, 2020, Juse Ju released the single TNT , which is the first single from his album Millennium , which is expected to be released on June 19, 2020 .

Juse Ju also appears as a moderator for the battlerap event “Don't Let The Label Label You” organized throughout Germany. In addition, he works as an editor for the radio station Fritz , where he also moderates the weekly hip-hop show Nightflight on Wednesday , worked as an editor for Spiegel Online and as a writer for various television formats, among others. a. for the Sat.1 crime series K11 - Commissioners in action and the reality soaps Die Mädchen Gang or We are Family!
