Justice Office Berka on the Ilm
The Justice Office Berka an der Ilm was a court of first instance of the Grand Duchy of Saxony-Weimar-Eisenach that existed from 1850 to 1878 and was based in today's Bad Berka .

In the course of the separation of justice and administration in the Grand Duchy of Saxony-Weimar-Eisenach in 1850, as well as the abolition of the patrimonial courts , the Justice Office Berka an der Ilm was established, its district consisting of the towns of Berka an der Ilm, Bergern , Buchfart , Eichelborn , Gutendorf , Hayn , Hetschburg , Hohenfelden , Klettbach , Meckfeld , Munich , Nauendorf , Obernissa , Rohda , Saalborn , Schellroda , Schoppendorf , Tannroda with Böttelborn and Kottendorf , Tiefengruben , Tonndorf and Troistedt .
On June 30, 1878, the Berka Justice Office was repealed and out of its district
- the municipal districts of Berka a./I. (with Munich), Buchfart, Hetschburg, Hohenfelden, Nauendorf, Saalborn, Tannroda (with Böttelborn and Kottendorf), Tiefengruben and Tonndorf the district of the Blankenhain judicial office ,
- the districts of Eichelborn, Hayn, Klettbach, Meckfeld, Obernissa, Rohda and Schellroda, the district of the Vieselbach judicial office ,
- the municipal districts of Bergern, Gutendorf, Schoppendorf and Troistedt were assigned to the district of the Weimar Justice Office.
