Eduardo Aníbal González (born November 23, 1974 in Mexico City ), known as Juventud Guerrera is a Mexican wrestler . He currently competes for Asistencia Asesoría y Administración (AAA) and was previously under contract with World Championship Wrestling , Total Nonstop Action Wrestling , Pro Wrestling NOAH , Extreme Championship Wrestling , Xtreme Pro Wrestling and World Wrestling Entertainment . Juventud Guerrera (Spanish for a young warrior ) is the son of the Mexican wrestling legendFuerza Guerrera .
Career
After Juventud Guerrera first in the Mexican Independent occurred leagues, he underwent a change to Extreme Championship Wrestling for the first time US viewers attracted attention. After a short time he followed a few other ECW luchadores - Konnan , Rey Mysterio , Psicosis and La Parka - to World Championship Wrestling (WCW).
World Championship Wrestling
Juventud first appeared masked in the WCW , but lost his mask in a Hair vs. Mask Match to Chris Jericho and was banned from using it according to the Lucha Libre code. During an injury break, Guerrera worked primarily as a commentator on the weekly TV show WCW Thunder . After an incident in Australia in which he rioted naked in a hotel lobby under the influence of PCP and also attacked other wrestlers, Juventud was released from his contract. The WCW did not personally inform him of his dismissal; Juventud only found out about it through friends who had read it on the Internet .
After various appearances for XPW, WWA , AAA and FWA , Juventud only got a bigger presence in the USA in 2003 at Total Nonstop Action Wrestling.
Total non-stop action wrestling
Juventud took part in the first TNA Super X Cup and finished the tournament after victories over NOSAWA and Teddy Hart , as well as a final defeat against Chris Sabin in second place. The following year he returned to TNA as part of the AAA-sent Team Mexico for the America's X Cup and the first World X Cup , with the Mexican team winning the first tournament. At the end of 2004, the collaboration between TNA and AAA ended, so that Juventud was no longer used by TNA.
World Wrestling Entertainment
In spring 2005, he signed a contract with WWE and only appeared there under the name Juventud - the WWE wanted to prevent possible confusion with Eddie and Chavo Guerrero . Together with Psicosis and Super Crazy , he formed the stable The Mexicools , which often intervened in matches arbitrarily and - according to clichés about Mexicans widespread in the USA - came into the hall on mobile lawnmowers . Juventud was the leader of the Stables. They made their first appearance in a Pay Per View in July at the Great American Bash in a Six Man Tag Team Match against the bWo (consisting of Stevie Richards , Nova and The Blue Meanie ), which they won .
The Mexicools kept commuting between SmackDown! and the B-Show Velocity . Super Crazy and Psicosis mainly competed as a tag team, while Juventud tried their hand at individual wrestlers. On October 4th, Juventud won an Over The Top Battle Royal against Brian Kendrick , Paul London , Scotty 2 Hotty and Funaki , which entitled him to a match against the reigning cruiserweight champion Nunzio . This took place a week later at No Mercy . Juventud won the match through the Juvi Driver , winning the title for the first time. During a show in Italy Nunzio was able to regain the title; the title change was only mentioned on the WWE website and not shown on TV. Shortly thereafter, Juventud was featured on an English- recorded edition of SmackDown! Cruiserweight Champion again. At WWE Armageddon in December, he lost the title again after being defeated by Kid Kash .
After Juventud had previously attracted attention due to airs and other disciplinary problems, his behavior cost him in a title match against Kid Kash on January 6th on SmackDown! ultimately the job. Contrary to the instructions of the WWE to refrain from dangerous highflying actions such as the 450 ° Splash , he performed many of these moves unplanned and thereby extended the match considerably beyond the actually intended period. That shoot broke the barrel and resulted in Juventud's dismissal.
Asistencia Asesoría y Administración
Juventud then returned to AAA and made his first appearance there in April.
