Kızılyer ( Turkish for red ground / place ) is a small town in the Honaz district of the Turkish province of Denizli . Kızılyer is located about 30 km east of the provincial capital Denizli and 7 km northeast of Honaz. According to the last census, Kızılyer had 1,167 inhabitants (as of December 2010).

The administrative area of ​​Kızılyer is divided into three districts , Fatih Mahallesi , Yeni Mahallesi and Yukarı Mahallesi , each of which is administered by a muhtar .
