The Abišala cabinet was the 4th Lithuanian government since 1990. It was formed after the parliamentary elections in Lithuania in 1990 . The ruling party was the LDDP . Aleksandras Abišala was confirmed by the President in 1992. The swearing-in ceremony then took place in the Seimas .
