References and comments
- ↑ That Mathy was Minister of State from 1866 to 1868 is not stated by Leiser, but Spuler describes him as Prime Minister . In the ADB (e.g. in the biography of Anton von Stabel) Mathy is named as Minister of State.
- ↑ The statement that Stabel was again Minister of Justice since February 1867 is based on the information on his person's biography in the ADB . Who was Baden's Minister of Justice from July 1866 to February 1867 cannot be found in Stabel's biography in the ADB. Neither Spuler nor Leiser mentioned a name that headed the Baden Ministry of Justice for the period from 1860 to 1868.
- ↑ The minister without portfolio is only given in Spuler, but not in Wolfgang Leiser's list.
