Cabinet Hoffmann (Baden)

The Hoffmann cabinet (also the government or the Bekk / Hoffmann ministry) formed the state government of Baden from March 9, 1848 to June 3, 1849 .

The Bekk / Hoffmann government was declared deposed on May 14, 1849 by Amand Goegg in the course of the Baden Revolution in favor of the executive commission of the state committee . The Executive Commission now took over the affairs of the country instead of the fled grand ducal government. On June 3, 1849, also fled Grand Duke relieved Leopold in Frankfurt , the members of the previous government of Baden Bekk / Hoffmann of the Office. Only Minister of War Hoffmann remained in office until June 8, 1849.

After the end of Christoph Trefurt's term of office , according to the information provided by Furtwängler, the secret trainee Karl Junghanns ran the affairs of the Minister of Justice until September 9, 1848. Stengel is only named as Minister of Justice by Bertold Spuler for the period from 1848 to 1949. This information is missing from Wolfgang Leiser's list.
