  1. In the work Regents and Governments of the World. Part II, Volume 3: Modern Times 1492 - 1918 by Bertold Spuler Georg Ludwig Winter is called from 1830 to 1838 as the so-called "Minister President" with his own cabinet list. However, this overlaps with the fact that Berstett was Minister of State until 1831 and Reitzenstein was the new Minister of State from 1832.
