It is located in the historic Quedlinburg Neustadt on the north side of Kaiserstrasse and is listed as a residential building in the Quedlinburg Monument Register. The building, which is also listed, is adjacent to Kaiserstraße 12 to the west and Kaiserstraße 14 to the east .

Architecture and history

The two-storey half - timbered house was built around 1700. The decorative elements on the framework are pyramid beam heads and bevels on the threshold . The building's front door dates from around 1840, while shutters and frames were made around 1880.
