It is located in the historic Quedlinburg Neustadt on the corner of Kaiserstraße and Pölkenstraße and is listed as a residential building in the Quedlinburg register of monuments.
Architecture and history
The gable of the two-story half - timbered house faces Kaiserstraße. According to the pyramid beam heads in the eaves area of the house, the time of construction is dated to around 1680. The front door dates from around 1850. The building is covered by a half-hip roof .
To the east is an auxiliary building, also built in half-timbered construction. The simply designed house was built around 1780.
