Vegetative characteristics
Kalanchoe peteri is a perennial , bare, green plant. Your upright shoots are 60 to 130 centimeters long. The leaves that become glaucoma or glaucoma are petiolate. The leaf stalk, which is flattened and furrowed on the upper side, is 2 to 6 centimeters long. The elongated or egg-shaped leaf blade is up to 20 inches long and 10 to 16 inches wide. Its tip is blunt to rounded, the base truncated or eyelet. The leaf margin is notched, bluntly serrated or serrated and slightly indented towards the tip.
Generative characteristics
The inflorescence consists of paniculate cymes up to 20 centimeters in length. The upright flowers are on 5 to 17 millimeter long peduncles . Your calyx is green, the calyx tube 0.5 to 2 millimeters long. The lanceolate to triangular awl lobes are 7 to 11 millimeters long and 1.5 to 2.5 millimeters wide. Their obovate corolla lobes have an attached tip. They are 10 to 16 millimeters long and 5 to 8 millimeters wide. The upper stamens protrude from the flower. The elongated anthers are 2 to 3 millimeters long. The linear-awl nectar flakes have a length of 4 to 13 millimeters and are about 0.5 millimeters wide. The linear-lanceolate carpel has a length of 12 to 18 millimeters. The stylus is 12 to 18 millimeters long.
Systematics and distribution
Kalanchoe peteri is common in Tanzania on rocky slopes at altitudes of 1700 to 2100 meters.
