history

The Kalaydo GmbH & Co. KG was founded of 2006. In 2015 it was taken over by the Markt Gruppe , a joint venture between the Ippen Mediengruppe and the Rheinische Post Mediengruppe . In the jobs and classifieds segment, the Markt Group added the regional portal kalaydo.de to its national portals stellenangebote.de and markt.de as part of the takeover .

kalaydo.de currently (as of 11/2017) reaches around 0.7 million unique users per month (source: AGOF Digital Facts).

Job Market

The kalaydo.de job exchange focuses on job offers from the region. Small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) in particular advertise their vacancies on the portal. The platform also offers training positions, internships and mini-jobs. In addition, kalaydo.de organizes six job fairs a year. The career days in Aachen, Bonn, Düsseldorf, Koblenz, Cologne and Stuttgart offer applicants and companies a platform for getting to know one another.

Classified ads

In the classified ads market, searchers will find an average of 550,000 classified ads in various categories (furniture, house & garden, hobby & leisure, electronics, clothing and many more). In addition, there is an offer of free advertisements in the “to give away” section.

In the real estate sector, kalaydo.de has been working with the immowelt group since 2016 . As a co-organizer of real estate fairs, a regional forum for real estate providers and interested parties is offered.
