The Kamelik ( Russian Камелик ) is a left tributary of the Great Irgis ( Bolshoi Irgis ) in the Russian oblasts of Samara and Saratov .

The camelic originates in the Obschtschi Syrt ridge in Samara Oblast near the border with Saratov Oblast. It flows in a wide arc, initially to the south, then to the west and finally to the north, a hilly plain. It absorbs the water of the left tributaries Talowaya , Bolshoi Kamyshlak and Bolshaya Chalykla . After 222 km the Kamelik flows into the Great Irgis, a left tributary of the Volga . The Kamelik drains an area of ​​9070 km². The mean discharge 21 km above the mouth is 10.1 m³ / s. The river is mainly fed by the snowmelt . The course of the river mostly falls dry in summer. Camelik freezes in the winter months. On the upper reaches lies Rajon administrative center Pereljub .
