Gang Dong-won (born January 18, 1981 in Busan ) is a South Korean actor .
Life
Gang studied technological engineering at Hanyang University . In 2000 he was discovered on the street by a model agent. After working as a model, he began his acting career in two television series, and in 2004 he made his first film, the romantic comedy Too Beautiful Lie .
In 2010 he played Gang in the film Haunters, a boy with supernatural abilities who kills numerous people when someone sneaks out on his thefts.
In 2015 he starred alongside Kim Yoon-seok in the exorcism film The Priests . In it he embodies a student at the Catholic University in Seoul, who seems to be the only one suitable to help Priest Kim with the exorcism of a young girl. Kim and Gang already appeared together in War of the Wizards (2009), but there as opponents.
On January 18, 2016, he signed a contract with YG Entertainment .
