The canton of Bourgoin-Jallieu-Nord was a French canton that existed until 2015 in the La Tour-du-Pin arrondissement in the Isère department of the Rhône-Alpes region . It comprised six parishes, the main town was Bourgoin-Jallieu . The representative in the conseil général des Départements was Paul De Belval ( UMP ) from 1988 to 2008 . He was followed by Bernard Cottaz ( PS ).
