The Canton Vizille was 2015 a French canton in the arrondissement of Grenoble in the Isère region Rhone-Alpes in France . It comprised 17 parishes, the main town was Vizille . The representative in the conseil général des Départements was Anne Le Gloan ( UMP ) from 2001 to 2008 . She was followed by Gilles Strappazzon ( PS ).
In 2015, the canton was divided between the three cantons of Matheysine-Trièves, Oisans-Romanche and Pont-de-Claix.
