The canton of Dijon-3 is a French canton in the Arrondissement of Dijon , in the Département Côte-d'Or and in the region of Bourgogne-Franche-Comté ; its main town is Dijon , Colette Popard has been a representative in the General Council of the Département since 2001 (re-elected in 2008).
