The Canton Nolay was 2015 a French canton in the Arrondissement of Beaune , in Côte-d'Or department and in the region of Burgundy ; its main town was Nolay . The last representative in the General Council of the Département was Emmanuel Bichot ( UMP ) from 2001 to 2015 .
