Thury is a French municipality with 275 inhabitants (as of January 1 2017) in the department of Côte-d'Or in the region Bourgogne Franche-Comté ; it belongs to the Arrondissement Beaune and is part of the canton Arnay-le-Duc (until 2015: canton Nolay ).

Thury is about 51 kilometers southwest of Dijon and about 37 kilometers northwest of Chalon-sur-Saône . Thury is surrounded by the neighboring communities of Saint-Pierre-en-Vaux in the north, Champignolles in the east and north-east, Molinot in the east and south-east, Épinac in the south, Sully in the south-west and Viévy in the west and north-west.
