Kapaklı is a district of the Turkish province of Tekirdağ and at the same time a district of the Büyükşehir belediyesi (large city municipality) Tekirdağ . After the provincial capital was declared Büyükşehir belediyesi in 2014, part of the former Çerkezköy district was separated in the north and declared the new Kapaklı district.

The district is in the east of the province. It borders on the province of Istanbul to the east, Çerkezköy to the south, Ergene to the west and Saray to the north . A country road connects the district town of Kapaklı with Saray in the north and Çerkezköy in the south. In the north of the district, the Ergene Nehri flows through the district, which flows into the Meriç Nehri further west on the border with Greece . The district is largely flat with no significant elevations.
