Karl-Heinz Städing (born May 3, 1928 in Berlin ; † February 25, 2008 there ) was a German politician ( SPD ).

Karl-Heinz Städing attended secondary school and did an apprenticeship as a baker . He passed the journeyman's examination in 1949 , but decided to do an administrative apprenticeship , where he became a civil servant in the Charlottenburg district office . From 1952 onwards he was active as a football player and referee at Tennis Borussia Berlin . In 1976 he changed the club to MSV Normannia 08 and was chairman of the club until his death in 1981.

Städing joined the SPD as early as 1964. In the Berlin election in 1975 he was elected to the Berlin House of Representatives, to which he belonged until 1985. In 1998 he became a co-founder and board member of the "Housing Cooperative in the Märkisches Viertel".
