Karl-Josef Koch

Karl-Josef Koch (born September 5, 1897 in Paderborn , † March 5, 1958 in Kassel ) was a German politician ( center ).

Life and work

After attending grammar school , he studied law and economics at the University of Würzburg from 1910 to 1924. In 1924 he received his doctorate. rer. pole. The studies were followed by activities at the Kreissparkasse Paderborn and the district craftsmen's associations in Warburg and Lübbecke . In 1945 he was co-founder and chairman of the German Center Party in the Warburg district.

From July 5, 1950 to July 4, 1954, Koch was a member of the state parliament of North Rhine-Westphalia . He moved into the state parliament via the center's list position 016.

He was a member of the district council of the district of Warburg from 1946 to 1956 and from 1952 to 1956 he was also a member of the council of the city of Warburg . He was a member of the Landscape Assembly of the Westphalia-Lippe Regional Association from 1953 to 1956.

Public offices

From November 1948 to November 1950 he was district administrator for the Warburg district .
