Karl Kamm

Karl Kamm (born February 26, 1870 in Bretten , † January 9, 1946 in Baden-Baden ) was a German administrative and ministerial official.

Life

Karl Kamm studied law at the Universities of Freiburg and Leipzig, among others . In 1888 he became a member of the Corps Rhenania Freiburg . In 1889 he joined the Corps Lusatia Leipzig . In 1891 he became a legal trainee and in 1897 a secretary at the Baden high school board. 1899 he became a bailiff to the district office Pforzheim. From 1902 to 1907 he was senior bailiff and head of the Buchen district office . In 1907 he moved to the Ministry of the Interior in Karlsruhe as a government councilor, and in the same year he was appointed ministerial councilor and later lecturer council. From 1919 to 1934 he was chairman of the board and from 1927 president of the Baden agricultural trade association . In 1934 he was retired on the basis of Section 1 of the Law on the Retirement of Civil Servants of July 17, 1933. Most recently he lived in Baden-Baden-Lichtental.
