Karl Wilhelm Heinrich Binder (born December 12 or 16, 1783 in Eberstadt (Württemberg) ; † April 7, 1852 in Zurich , also Carl Wilhelm Heinrich Binder ) was a Württemberg politician and administrative officer .

From 1797 to 1800 Binder worked for the clerk in Hochdorf an der Enz , then from 1800 to 1804 as a substitute at the Neuenbürg town clerk , from 1804 to 1807 in Schorndorf and from 1807 to 1809 in Murrhardt . Then he was senior actuary at the Oberamt Kirchheim . In 1812, as in 1817, he appeared as an auditor for the administration in Stuttgart , then from 1821 as administrator of the city and official registry of Schwäbisch Gmünd .

In 1826 he was elected court notary in Gaildorf and a member of the Second Chamber of the Württemberg Land estates for the electoral period from 1826 to 1832 , where he was secretary on the board. In 1827 he took up the position as administrator of the Oberamtmann in the Oberamt Gmünd , then from 1831 as Oberamtmann. In 1844 he gave up his post after allegations of infidelity and committed a suicide attempt in the Rems . He then managed to escape to Switzerland , where, supported by his sons, he lived to his death.
