Karl Wilhelm Hennert

Karl Wilhelm Hennert (also Carl Wilhelm Hennert ; born January 3, 1739 in Berlin ; † April 22, 1800 ibid) was a German forester .

Life

His brother was Johann Friedrich Hennert (1733-1813), who promoted him significantly. He acquired a good general education and became a lieutenant in the Prussian artillery. He later became a castle construction inspector in Rheinsberg ( Rheinsberg Castle ) with Prince Heinrich of Prussia . There he was also responsible for the supervision of the beech forest Borbero , whereby he dealt more closely with forestry. From 1780 he undertook forest surveys and was entrusted with the management of forest surveying in Prussia in 1785 in Berlin .
