Grohová has mainly participated in the Slavic Cup since 2009 . She has won four so far and was fifth overall in the 2012/13 season (as of April 28, 2017). He ran her first World Cup race in January 2011 in Liberec , which she finished with 29th place in the sprint and thus won her first World Cup points. At the Nordic World Ski Championships in 2013 in Val di Fiemme , she finished 34th in the sprint and 12th place in the relay. At the 2014 Winter Olympics in Sochi , she reached 38th place in the sprint and tenth place in the relay. In January 2015 she won bronze in the mixed team sprint at the 2015 Winter Universiade in Štrbské Pleso . Her best placement at the 2015 Nordic World Ski Championships in Falun was 38th in the 30 km mass start race. After finishing 54th in the World Cup Mini Tour in Lillehammer at the beginning of the 2016/17 season, she came second in the Czech championships in Nové Město over 5 km in both classic and sprint. At the Nordic World Ski Championships in Lahti in 2017 , she finished 33rd in the sprint and together with Sandra Schützová, 12th in the team sprint. In March 2017, she took second place at Bieg Piastów . At the 2018 Winter Olympics in Pyeongchang , she finished 43rd in the sprint and 11th in the relay.
