Karolino-Buhas ( Ukrainian Кароліно-Бугаз ; Russian Каролино-Бугаз Karolino-Bugas ) is a village in Odessa Oblast in southwest Ukraine with about 2200 inhabitants (2004).

The village, first mentioned in 1769, was called Satoka ( Затока ) between 1944 and 1990 and forms its own district council in the south of Owidiopol Rajon .
Thanks to its geographical location between the Dniester - Liman ( Дністровський лиман / Dnistrovskyj Lyman ) and the Black Sea , Karolino-Buhas is a resort with a large number of guest houses and holiday resorts. Eight kilometers to the northwest is the archaeological site of the ancient Greek city of Nikonion near Roksolany .
The P-70 regional road and the Odessa – Basarabeasca railway line , where the village has a train station, run through the village .
The Rajon center of Owidiopol is 13 km north and the Oblast center of Odessa is about 50 km northeast of Karolino-Buhas. The urban-type settlement of Zatoka is located on the opposite side of the Dniester Liman 12 km southwest of Karolino-Buhas.
