Katrin Siska
Katrin Siska (born December 10, 1983 in Tallinn , Estonian SSR ) is one of the founding members of the girl group Vanilla Ninja alongside Piret Järvis , Lenna Kuurmaa and Maarja Kivi .
Katrin plays the keyboard in the band . In contrast to her band members Kuurmaa and Järvis, she did not participate in the lyrics of the songs. Like her band member Järvis, she went to Tallinn School No. 21. After graduation, she studied accounting . She has been playing piano and keyboard for many years and has also sung in various choirs for a long time. Siska has already participated in several Estonian fashion shows (e.g. FIBIT, Fashion Fusion) and, in addition to Vanilla Ninja, has also worked as a model for car advertisements, magazines (such as FHM ) and other campaigns. In discos she tried several times as a DJane. In summer 2008 she hosted an Estonian TV show called Navigare , in which the athletic keyboard player wants to learn to surf . The show is also about sailing . She has been politically committed to her hometown Tallinn in the Keskerakond party since August 2009 .
Siska, the daughter of an Estonian and a Russian , speaks fluent Estonian and Russian .
