I Know ( dt. "I know" ) is a pop song of Estonian pop-rock - girl group Vanilla Ninja , while their seventh single. It is the second release of their third studio album Blue Tattoo , which was released in 2005.

production

The music producer David Brandes was responsible for the production of the title . He already produced the previous album Traces of Sadness in 2004. The four singles Tough Enough , Don't Go Too Fast , Liar and the ballad When the Indians Cry were also staged by Brandes. Jane Tempest helped Brandes as a co-producer. Bernd Opinioner , who wrote all the tracks on the second album Traces of Sadness and some of the long player Blue Tattoo , also wrote these lyrics. Gary Jones, one of the UK's most famous sound engineers, mixed the track in the Brandes studio for the record company Bros Music . The guitarist Piret Järvis takes over the lead vocals on this track, front woman Lenna Kuurmaa sings the lead in the chorus. For Triinu Kivilaan , I Know is the third single with Vanilla Ninja after When the Indians Cry and Blue Tattoo . You and keyboardist Katrin Siska do not participate musically in this work.

I Know was published on February 28, 2005 in Germany , Austria and Switzerland . In addition to the normal version and the unplugged single, there is also a so-called Pock-It CD single in 3-inch format. In addition to the track list, the booklet also contains the tour dates of the Blue Tattoo tour . The music video for the song was shot in Charlottenburg and Berlin . Sascha Kramer directed the film.
