Kazimieras Miniotas

Kazimieras Miniotas (born July 17, 1936 in Vėgenai , Raseiniai Rajongemeinde ) is a Lithuanian manager and Soviet-Lithuanian politician, minister and deputy minister at the Ministry of Forestry of the Lithuanian Soviet Socialist Republic .

Life

After graduating from high school, he studied at the Kauno politechnikos institutas . By order of the institute, he and other students continued studying in Russia. Then completed Kazimieras Miniotas 1960 the Diploma program at the Academy of Forestry Products in Leningrad and completed his doctorate on "increasing the efficiency of the process of the crushed wood with the briquetting - extrusion method" (lit. Susmulkintos medienos briketavimo ekstruzijos metodu proceso efktyvumo padidinimas ) at the Academy the forestry technology in Kirov . From 1960 to 1968 he worked as a production manager, chief engineer and director at the Jonava furniture combine in Baldininkai . From 1968 to 1980 he was Deputy Minister, First Deputy Minister and from 1980 Minister of Furniture and Wood Processing Industry of Soviet Lithuania . Then he taught at Kauno kolegija .

From 1964 until the dissolution of the Soviet Union , Kazimieras Miniotas was a member of the CPSU .
