Kevin Koehler
Kevin Köhler (born June 4, 1987 in Recklinghausen ) is a German musical actor, singer and dancer.
biography
Kevin Köhler first completed an apprenticeship as a state-certified design assistant.
Then he trained as a musical actor at the Stageschool in Hamburg. He received singing lessons from Maricel , Jimmy Rivers and Beate Wood, among others . He made his first appearances at the “Monday Nights” at the Altona Theater in Hamburg and at the Westphalian State Theater and as a vocal soloist at the award ceremony for the Henri Nannen Prize. In 2012 Köhler u. a. as Alfred in Roman Polanski's Dance of the Vampires in the Theater des Westens in Berlin.
In 2008 Köhler took part in the ZDF show Musical Show Star 2008 . From March 31 to April 3, 2008, a casting show was broadcast daily in which the jurors selected ten finalists from among the participants for the final rounds. In three live final shows, viewers televoted to a male and a female winner, who were offered the leading role of Rusty and Pearl in the musical Starlight Express . He performed with the titles Tragedy from Saturday Night Fever , As seduced by a dream from Joseph and the Amazing Technicolor Dreamcoat and Your Song from the film Moulin Rouge . On August 1st, 2008 Köhler had his premiere as Rusty in the musical Starlight Express . He played this role until 2011.
From November 2011 to April 2013, Köhler was part of the Tanz der Vampire ensemble in the Theater des Westens in Berlin as Cross Swing and Cover Alfred, Cover Nightmaresolo 1 and Nightmaresolo 2 .
In 2013 he was part of the ensemble and cover Terk in the musical Tarzan on the stage of the Neue Flora in Hamburg. From 2014 to May 2016 he could be seen again as Rusty in the musical Starlight Express in Bochum.
