Kevin Maginot (born July 25, 1994 in Mannheim ) is a German ice hockey player who has been playing for the Heilbronner Falken from the DEL2 again since June 2019 .

career

Maginot comes from the youth department of the Mannheim ERC . His grandfather, Hans Schneiders, who died in 2013, was a MERC player in the 1950s and 1960s, later became involved in the youth field and was a passionate archivist of Mannheim's ice hockey history.

In the 2014/15 season Maginot was loaned to the second division team Heilbronner Falken and moved from the storm to the defense. In the 2015/16 season he made his debut for Adler Mannheim in the DEL, but this season it remained in one use. However, Maginot - with a sponsorship license - contributed as a regular player to the Kassel Huskies to win the championship title in 2016 in the DEL2 . Until 2018 he was under contract with the Adler, but continued to play mainly with the Kassel Huskies.

In the 2018/19 season he was under contract with the Löwen Frankfurt before he returned to the Heilbronner Falken in June 2019.
