Kevin Scheidhauer (born February 13, 1992 in Deggendorf ) is a German soccer player .
Career
In the club
Scheidhauer played for VfB Leipzig and 1. FC Lokomotive Leipzig for ten years .
In 2008 Scheidhauer moved from the youth team of 1. FC Lokomotive Leipzig to the U-17 team of VfL Wolfsburg on a free transfer . A year later he moved to VfL's U-19s, with whom he won the U-19 Bundesliga championship on June 19, 2011 in a 4-2 win over 1. FC Kaiserslautern's youth team . Scheidhauer scored three of the four VfL goals in this game.
Due to his performance, Felix Magath appointed him to the professional squad of VfL for the 2011/12 season . However, he continued to play the games in the second team.
During the summer break of 2012, Scheidhauer was loaned to VfL Bochum for a planned two seasons . There he made his debut on the 2nd matchday of the 2012/13 season in the 2nd Bundesliga in the game at SC Paderborn, when he came on for Leon Goretzka in the 77th minute . For the 2013/14 season he returned prematurely to Wolfsburg, where he is now in the U-23 squad. Scheidhauer scored 10 goals in a test match between VfL Wolfsburg at the start of the 2014/15 season against TSV Ehmen, with a final score of 26: 0.
In August 2014 he moved to third division club MSV Duisburg , for whom he scored in his first game in a 3-0 win over VfL Osnabrück . In the following period he was regularly called up, but did not take a regular seat. In 2015 he and his teammates were promoted to the 2nd Bundesliga.
After relegated to the third division, he left the club in summer 2016 and moved to the second team of FC Schalke 04 . On December 12, 2017, FC Energie Cottbus announced Scheidhauer's commitment.

Kevin Scheidhauer was a player in various DFB youth national teams from the U-17 to the U-20.
