The Keys Glacier is a glacier on the Bakutis coast of Marie Byrd Land in West Antarctica . It flows from Jenkins Heights between Ellis Ridge and Mount Bray in a northeasterly direction to the Dotson Ice Shelf .

The United States Geological Survey mapped it based on its own measurements and aerial photographs of the United States Navy from 1959 to 1967. The Advisory Committee on Antarctic Names named it in 1977 after Keith W. Keys, flight director at Williams Field on McMurdo Sound from 1975 until 1976.
