Kim Chang-min (born August 15, 1988 ) is a former North Korean ice hockey player .
Career
Kim Chang-min took part for the North Korean national team at the Winter Asian Games 2007 , in which the team finished fifth among eleven teams, and at the World Cup in Division III in 2008 , in which he and his compatriot Ri Kum-song were the third-best scorer behind the Greek Dimitrios Kalyvas and the Turk Emrah Özmen .
At the club level he played for the Susan team .
