Kirill Kotšegarov (born September 5, 1986 in Tallinn ) is a triathlete from Estonia , multiple national champion (2012-2015) and two-time Ironman winner (2015, 2016).

Career

Kirill Kotšegarov has been running triathlons since 2004.

State champion triathlon long distance 2012

In September 2015 in Chattanooga he won his first Ironman race (3.86 km swimming, 180.2 km cycling and 42.195 km running) - in one of the tightest decisions in the international racing series: He won the finish sprint just two seconds before the runner-up and eight seconds ahead of third place.

In July 2016 Kirill Kotšegarov won the Ironman UK and in 2017 the then 30-year-old came third here. His nickname is Koger .
