Kisha (born December 28, 1978 in Wünnewil-Flamatt ; real name Brigitte Kobel ) is a former Swiss dialect and pop musician .

life and career

Kisha released her first album in April 1999. After another English-language album, she launched an album in Bern German at the end of 2004 . She also starred in 2001 in the feature film The Flag of the Seven Upright .

After successful early years - in 1998 Kisha received the Prix ​​Walo in the pop category - and various concert tours (1999 to 2006), things became quiet around her in the following years. From the beginning of 2007 to July 2008, she said she was on a creative break, which she ended with the announcement of a new album in New Country style. With Nori Rickenbacher and Reto Burrell she forms the trio CH ( Country Helvetia ) and won the Prix Walo again in 2012; this time in the country division . Kisha's song Love is enough is the theme song of the German television series In allerfreund .

In 2014 Kobel announced the end of her musical career.

Brigitte Kobel now lives in Kleinbösingen .
