The steam locomotive series kkStB 49 was a freight train - Tender Locomotive series of kkStB , originally from the Moravian border railway came (MGB).
The eight locomotives were supplied by the Floridsdorf locomotive factory and the Wiener Neustädter Lokomotivfabrik in 1873 .
At the kkStB they were given the designation 49.01-08 . By 1917 , four copies had already been taken out of service. One of the 49.08 (ex MGB 10) was sold in 1905 to the WLB , which initially classified it as number 62 and from 1906 as number 64. The WLB did not phase them out until 1941 .
After the First World War , the four locomotives came to ČSD , which they designated as 323.0 and which were retired by 1928 .
Finally, it should be noted that the BBÖ reused the row number that had become available when it took over the Südbahn (cf. BBÖ 49 ).
