Klaus Böhme

Klaus Böhme (born August 24, 1948 in Bickenbach ; † 2010 ) was a German historian .

Böhme studied history, political science, English and philosophy at the universities of Mannheim, Heidelberg and Oxford and completed his studies with a master's degree . From 1996 to 2003 he was director of the Hessian State Center for Political Education . He also chaired the Bickenbach History and Museum Association. Böhme published several writings on regional studies of Hesse. 1979/80 he was chairman of the local association of the SPD Bickenbach.
