Klaus Feldmann (journalist)
Klaus Feldmann (born March 24, 1936 in Langenberg , Gera district , Thuringia ) is a German journalist .
Life
Klaus Feldmann trained as a book printer in Leipzig from 1951 to 1954 and then switched to journalism . After attending the Weimar Broadcasting School in 1954/55, he worked as an editorial assistant. In 1957/58 Feldmann did his military service with the NVA . From 1957 to 1961 he was a news anchor for the German broadcaster . In 1961 he switched to the " Current Camera " of the German TV broadcaster . Feldmann worked as a newscaster until September 1989, then fell ill with angina pectoris and left GDR television at the end of 1989 . From January 1990 he was a press employee at the trade union trade, food and enjoyment of the FDGB . From October 1990 to 1995 he was employed as a press officer at DEKRA . Feldmann later worked for several years as a speaker and editor for Lausitz TV and as a speaker for local television in Frankfurt (Oder).
In 1958 he joined the SED . He was also chairman of the company union management of the "current camera" and member of the FDGB federal executive committee.
Today Feldmann works as a freelance journalist and moderator. In cooperation with the Eulenspiegel publishing house , he is on the road with readings for his book “That was the news”, reads the Stengel texts “Wer lernt mir Deutsch” and “Rettet dem Dativ”, of which audio books have also appeared. The Eulenspiegel-Verlag also entrusted him with the presentation of the thick Christmas book. A CD was also released. Today he can be seen in a small guest role as a newscaster in the musical Over Seven Bridges .
