Klaus Hartmann (politician)

Klaus Hartmann (born October 16, 1935 in Nuremberg ; † December 14, 1995 in Hersbruck ) was a German lawyer and politician ( CSU ).

Life and work

After attending the secondary school in Hersbruck, Hartmann began studying law at the universities in Erlangen and Kiel , which he completed in 1962 with the second state examination in law. During his studies in 1954 he became a member of the Germania Erlangen fraternity . He joined the Bavarian civil service in 1963 as an assessor for the Central Franconian administrative district in Ansbach and in 1964 became a councilor at the district office in Hersbruck. From 1972 to 1984 he worked as a lawyer in Hersbruck. Hartmann committed suicide on December 14, 1995.

MP

Hartmann was a member of the German Bundestag from 1976 until his resignation on June 4, 1984 . He represented the constituency of Erlangen in parliament . From 1980 to October 27, 1982 he was deputy chairman of the Bundestag committee for youth, family and health.

Public offices

Hartmann served from 1965 to 1972 as district administrator for the Hersbruck district . From 1972 to 1978 he was first deputy district administrator and then from 1984 until his death district administrator of the Nürnberger Land district .
