Klaus Reischl

Klaus Reischl (born November 22, 1966 in Deggendorf ) is a German legal scholar , university professor and lawyer . He's since 2007 adjunct professor for Civil Law , Civil Procedure Law and Private Law of the modern era at the University of Passau .

Life

Reischl was born in Deggendorf in 1966 as the son of Helfried Reischl . After his schooling in Grafenau he studied from 1988 to 1992 at the University of Passau Law and received his doctorate there in 1995 ( dissertation to donation mortis causa (1996)) . After the second state examination in 1996, Reischl worked as legal counsel for lawyers ; He continued to work as a research assistant and research assistant at the University of Passau until 2000 . In 2001 he completed his habilitation at the University of Passau with Hans-Joachim Musielak ( habilitation thesis The objective limits of legal force in civil proceedings (2002)) ; venia legendi for civil law , civil procedural law and the history of private law in modern times . In 2007 Reischl was appointed adjunct professor at the University of Passau.

In 1998 Reischl worked as a guest lecturer for German law at the Siberian Federal University in Krasnoyarsk. Between 2000 and 2004 Reischl took over the professorship for civil law and civil procedural law at the Ruprecht-Karls-Universität Heidelberg and at the University of Passau. Reischl has been lecturing regularly at the University of Passau since 2004, particularly in civil law and insolvency law . Reischl has been teaching in the LL.M. -Degree in “Construction Law and Construction Supervision” at the Philipps University of Marburg .

Reischl has been a full-time lawyer since 2004 , initially in the law firm Reischl Vachek Rechtsanwälte, and since 2009 in his own law firm. Reischl has been a specialist lawyer for construction and architecture law since 2006, and has also been a specialist lawyer for insolvency law since 2006 . In 2009 he completed the course as a specialist lawyer for commercial and corporate law .
