Kapuvár-Beled small area

The small area Kapuvár-Beled ( Hungarian Kapuvár-Beledi kistérség ) was a Hungarian administrative unit ( LAU 1) within the Győr-Moson-Sopron county in western Transdanubia until the end of 2012 . In the course of the administrative reform of 2013, all 18 localities were transferred to the Kapuvár (Hungarian: Kapuvári járás ) district, which was also reinforced by the village of Répceszemere from the small area of ​​Sopron-Fertőd .

At the end of 2012 the small area counted 23,409 inhabitants on 362.72 km². The population density of the small area was 65 inhabitants / km², about a third below the county average.

The administrative seat was in Kapuvár (10.498 Ew.), Beled also had city rights and counted 2,656 inhabitants at the end of 2012.

Until 2007, the municipality of Agyagosszergény also belonged to the Kapuvár-Beled small area, but was then assigned to the Sopron-Fertőd small area .
