Monastery Church of the Sisters of the Poor Child of Jesus (Vienna)
The monastery church of the Immaculate Conception is a Roman Catholic church in the Stadlau district in Vienna's 22nd district, Donaustadt, at 65 Hardeggasse.
The monastery church is part of the monastery of the sisters of the poor child Jesus . The late historical hall church with adjoining monastery was built from 1889 to 1890 and consecrated in 1893.
The church has a simple gable front, a roof turret and in two niches the figures of St. Peter and Paul and on the portal house of the monastery a relief Lamb of God . The hall has a choir, an apse and a gallery on pillars that extends far forward. There are wall paintings by Josef Kastner from the construction period. The glass paintings are from the Geyling company from 1963.
In front of the church is a stone figure of Christ as a child friend from the end of the 19th century.
