Koen van der Biezen (born July 10, 1985 in Nuland ) is a Dutch football player . He is primarily used as a center forward.
Career
The Dutchman began his football career with the second team of FC Utrecht . Van der Biezen had his first high-class appearances and goals in the second-class Dutch Eerste Divisie at FC Den Bosch and later at Go Ahead Eagles Deventer . For the 2011/12 season, van der Biezen moved to the Polish first division club KS Cracovia for 150,000 euros . In the summer of 2012, Karlsruher SC signed the center forward for the 2012/13 season of the 3rd division . There he scored 15 goals this season, making him the second-best goalscorer at Karlsruher SC this season. His first and so far only goal in the DFB Cup he scored in the first main round of 2012/13 against Hamburger SV . He scored his first goal in the 2nd Bundesliga on matchday 8 against Energie Cottbus . By the end of the 2013/14 season , there were eight goals of the season. During the winter break of 2014/15, his contract was terminated by mutual agreement and he moved to the then third division Arminia Bielefeld . There he was only used seven times in the 2015/16 season and then moved to local rivals SC Paderborn 07 , where he signed a contract until 2018.
On January 21, the "SCP" announced the amicable dissolution of this contract.
In the 2018 winter transfer phase, Van der Biezen switched to TOP Oss in the Eerste Divisie .
