Konrad Breitrainer

Konrad Breitrainer (born May 3, 1933 in Pfaffenbichl , Söllhuben municipality ) is a German politician ( CSU ).

Breitrainer attended elementary school in Söllhuben and did a three-year apprenticeship in painting before he left the vocational school in Rosenheim with the journeyman's examination. This was followed by two years of hiking in Rosenheim, Munich and Waldkraiburg , followed by a visit to the late career seminar in Fürstenried and the Rosenheim humanistic grammar school with a high school diploma. Breitrainer then studied German, Latin and Greek at the University of Munich . He passed the scientific state examination in 1962 and the educational state examination in 1964, followed by a traineeship in Munich and Traunstein and teaching in Bad Reichenhall and Rosenheim. Breitrainer is senior teacher a. D., member of the Bavarian Philologist Association and the Catholic Educational Community. He was also a senior at Kolping Bad Reichenhall and in the Rupertigau district and chairman of the Kolping Society of Rosenheim. He worked as a speaker at Kolping, the Catholic Workers' Movement and in district education organizations.

In 1964 Breitrainer became a member of the CSU. He was local councilor and CSU chairman in Rohrdorf , district councilor of the Rosenheim district and deputy diocesan chairman of the KAB Munich and Freising. On August 26, 1980, he moved to the Bavarian state parliament for the late Hans Kohlmann . He was a member of parliament there until 1994.

He is a member of the Catholic student association KBSt.V. Rhaetia Munich .
