Konrad Reiss

Konrad F. Reiss (born December 23, 1957 in Bartenstein ; † April 6, 2005 in South Africa ) was CEO of the IT service provider T-Systems .

Reiss studied in Berlin and Erlangen-Nuremberg Business Administration . From 1986 he was co-founder and managing director of GTP-International Human Resources Consultants, Institute for Information and Training, within the consulting group Gruber, Titze & Partner . After the company group was sold to Cap Gemini , Konrad F. Reiss held various management positions in the Cap Gemini group. In 2000 Reiss moved to the Board of Management of DaimlerChrysler Services AG. There he was responsible for debis IT services . Konrad Reiss had been a member of the Deutsche Telekom Board of Management since the beginning of 2003, on January 20, 2003, he became CEO of T-Systems International. Under his direction, T-Systems was reorganized at the beginning of 2005 and, with the two units “Business Services” and “Enterprise Services”, more strongly oriented towards the two central customer segments.

He died of heart failure during his Easter vacation in South Africa.

Reiss was married and had three children.
