The Konstantin Fedin ( Russian Константин Федин ) is a river cruise ship that was built in 1980 in the GDR at the shipyards of VEB Elbewerften Boizenburg / Roßlau and belongs to the Vladimir Ilyich class , German name - BiFa 125М (inland passenger ship 125 meters) .

history

The Konstantin Fedin was built on April 18, 1980 in the GDR for Wolschskoje Objedinjonnoje Rechnoje Parohodstvo in Gorki . The ship was named after the Russian writer Konstantin Fedin . In 2002 Konstantin Fedin was rebuilt and modernized.

The river cruise ship had been intended for foreign tourists (Intourist) since the 1980 Olympics in Moscow, but for certain cruise routes the tickets were allowed to be sold to Soviet citizens and, after the collapse of the Soviet Union, to Russian citizens.

In 2012, the ship was used on the Volga , Volga-Balt and Neva on the Saint Petersburg - Mandrogi - Kizhi - Gorizy - Uglich - Moscow route.

Furnishing

The cabins are equipped with shower, toilet, refrigerator and radio. There is a restaurant, two bars and an event room on board.
